1. Return Time Frame

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day window.

2. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged products: We’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your item is defective or damaged, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back.
  • After we receive and verify the issue, we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you initially paid.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • If you decide to return an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, you can do so within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll refund the purchase price minus any shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

  • After we inspect and approve your return, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
