How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, depending on the brand and product. In many cases, items are shipped out the same day. On rare occasions, unforeseen delays may occur. Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. If delivery is expected to take longer, this will be noted on the product page. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. If you’d like to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@trailblazeexpedition.com. Once an order has shipped, our 30-Day Return Policy applies.
What if my product is damaged?
Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for the package. If you cannot inspect the item immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your product does arrive damaged, take photos of the item and its packaging, and email them to support@trailblazeexpedition.com. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or compensation, typically within one business day.
How do I place an order?

Do you charge sales tax?
