What if my product is damaged?

When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage, even minor damage to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to inspect the contents immediately but suspect potential damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

In the rare event that your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product. Send the images to support@trailblazeexpedition.com, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund. Most claims are processed within one business day, ensuring minimal disruption to your plans.
